Place Perfect Realty was incorporated in August 1998 and its first office was opened in Marinette, WI in December of the next year. Over the following several years the company continued to grow, adding new agents, merging with 15 year veteran Marinette Realty, Inc., and opening a second office in Menominee, MI.

In 2004 Place Perfect Realty added two new affiliate companies, a third residential office, and a commercial real estate division - The Commercial Place, and in 2007 officially entered the Green Bay market with the acquisition of Hearthside Homes and Realty.

In the quarter century that Place Perfect Realty has been in business we have sold over 6,000 properties and transacted over $1 billion in sales.
